Review:
Now I perpetually avoid tragedy cos I'm a crybaby but seeing as I was in the mood of some psychological romance I thought, why not?

At first glance it's typical bad boy and anti-social, man-phobia girl but there seems to be such an inevitability on how it all unfolds. It's the dark side of human nature. It explores our natural instinct of violence and atrocities of man.

There's also a lot of internal struggle from what morals society has instilled in us and gravitation towards evil. It really has a Lord of the Flies esque to it.
It has romance but it's just one of the many elements that bring the story together.
It can be considered melodramatic but the way the mangaka constructs it is strong and through the course of the story, it seems smooth since she uses a lot of foreshadowing as well.

Characters are likable and strong. Not so irritable and it's interesting to see how their growth of relationships drive the story forward.
It's deep and dark and it makes you think, fluffy shoujo is not what this is. So if you'd like a change of pace, this is it.
